Data deletion policy

You can request deletion of your SaraOud account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Email our support team from the email address registered to your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify your identity and confirm the request.

What we delete

Within 30 days of a verified request we delete or anonymise: your account profile (name, email, phone), saved addresses, saved cart, and product reviews. You will no longer be able to sign in.

What we must keep

Indian accounting and tax regulations require us to retain records of completed orders and invoices (which include the delivery name and address used for those orders) for the statutory retention period. These records are kept secure and are not used for any marketing purpose.

Timeline

We acknowledge deletion requests within 72 hours and complete them within 30 days.
