Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to cancel and fully refund any order affected by such an error. An order is confirmed once you receive an order number; acceptance is subject to stock availability and payment verification.

Payments

We accept online payments (UPI, cards, netbanking) through Razorpay, and cash on delivery on eligible orders. Online payments are processed securely by the payment gateway — we never store your card details.

Delivery

Delivery charges and free-delivery thresholds are displayed in your cart and at checkout before you pay. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns & refunds

Please see our Refund policy. In summary: report any issue within 7 days of delivery and we will refund you directly to your account.

Our "inspired by" range consists of original SaraOud compositions inspired by popular scent profiles. These products are not manufactured by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the referenced brands.
