Refund policy

7-day refund promise

If anything is wrong with your order — damaged bottle, leakage in transit, wrong item, or the product is not as described — tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund you. No long forms, no store-credit-only tricks: refunds are made directly to your account.

How it works

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via the contact form, support email or WhatsApp, with your order number and a photo of the issue.
2. Our team reviews and confirms the refund, usually within 48 hours.
3. For online payments, the amount is refunded to the original payment method (UPI / card / bank account). For cash-on-delivery orders, we transfer the amount to your bank account or UPI ID.
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval; your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Conditions

For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes can only be refunded when the product is damaged, defective or incorrect. Unopened products in original packaging are eligible for refund for any reason within the 7-day window (return shipping may apply). Shipping fees are refunded when the issue is on our side.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are shipped — contact us with your order number. Prepaid amounts for cancelled orders are refunded in full.
