What we collect

When you browse, register or place an order we collect: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and pincode; your order history and cart contents; and messages you send us through the contact form. Online payments are handled entirely by Razorpay — we never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide order updates, respond to your queries, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send you offers and announcements. Your cart may be saved to your account so you can resume shopping on any device.

Sharing

We share data only with the partners needed to serve you: our payment gateway (Razorpay), delivery partners (for name, phone and address), and infrastructure providers. We never sell your personal data.

Retention & your rights

We retain order records as required for accounting and tax law. You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account — see our Data deletion policy or write to our support email.

Cookies & storage

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to save your cart on your device, including when you are offline. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
